So this company did something amazing today that I just Love so much I wanted to share. They paid for their employees to take a fitness class together at 7am!!! Brilliant, fun, motivating, team building, productivity, energy, love, and so much more! If I owned a company or headed up wellness somewhere, this would happen often and I would have very happy employees...not to mention healthy! Sinless TV hits another local boutique studio! I help demonstrate the Gyrotonic workout. You can tell in this video that I had to re-take the intro like 5 times because I couldn't say "Gryotonic" right!

Loved my session at Tough Love Yoga, Atlanta tonight with Rachel! Their new studio is located on Dekalb Ave and they have a great atmosphere that is inviting to all levels. This is a must try studio no matter how far away you live:)
