Although it's not one of our favorite topics, it's important to discuss insurance and making sure you're prepared for anything. We live in a wild world, with fires, theft, natural disasters and many other hazards☣️
Do yourself a favor this week and find your homeowners insurance policy.
1️⃣. Make sure you know your coverage, and
2️⃣. Know how to make a claim should something happen.
3️⃣. Make an inventory of what you have. I suggest recording a video describing your possessions (Make/Model/Serial Number: four Chihuly sculputes appraised at $5,400, two Wayfair Sofas #12345, etc) or keep it old school with a checklist like the one here, just make sure you keep an online copy on a Google Drive or with your insurance agent💪🏼
