It feels like yesterday when Cam contacted me. She was absolutely IN LOVE with them Conyers homes…but felt if she was going to spend that amount, she didn’t want to have to pay for her son’s school. Truth was…CONYERS was the best thing happening at that time, so I had NOTHING to top it!

So while it has been over a year since I heard from her, on random Saturday she called me…saying Yah I found the one, let’s make it happen. I called my preferred lender, Cam filled out the app, and by Sunday she had approval and offer SENT‼️

The seller had just reduced the price almost 50k and I still managed to get them to still give 23k towards her closing…don’t play with me lol‼️

But seriously, God did his big one with this one…it was Favor after Favor. I mean a Toll Brother build that has NEVER been lived in…bought for 1,000, 089 and sold for 1,250,000. While homes in the same area that was bought for 800k was selling for 1.1 Million. Listennnnn‼️💃🏾

Cam, not sure if you will see this…but sis, you is simply inspiration‼️ I love your GRIND, it’s absolutely on another level‼️ And I love how your Son and his future is your motivation‼️ You’re truly a beautiful soul…and I’m grateful I could serve you‼️ You did that sis, effortlessly…no matter the weapons that TRIED to form😮‍💨 Cuz they tried it…BUT God‼️ Look at you living in a community with nothing but Doctors just like you and kids going to one of GA best school🥺 One step at time…wheeeew‼️ Congratulations Cam, love you girl‼️🎉🔑
