One thing about me, I truly LOVE being a closing attorney. There is something so rewarding about helping bring transactions to the finish line and seeing buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders all come together at the closing table.
Today I had the opportunity to facilitate FOUR closings, and while these were not my files, I was honored to step in and help ensure everything went smoothly at the closing table.
One of my favorite parts of this job is getting to be a small part of such a major milestone for families while helping agents and clients have a smooth, seamless experience.
