Part one Exterior.

First look at the home off of Birdie Road that we're about to purchase. Needs an extensive rehab on both the exterior and interior.

Flooring installed. Appliances are in. Working on punch-out items. Plumber is coming this week to knock out the finished plumbing. Have to install the vanity in the bathroom and get the hot water heater in the laundry room. House will be ready by June 1st. it will be a three bedroom one bath for $1,400 a month

Cabinets installed doors and trim installed. All the electrical on the inside and outside is pretty much completed. Big tree in the front cut down. Working on final paint, floors going in on Wednesday and Plumbing and trim out next week. Should be ready to rent by June the 1st $1,400 a month. 3 bedroom 1 bath.
