We pulled up to Harper Archer Elementary, Douglas High, Washington High, and Mays High with one mission….to remind our teachers that they are seen, valued, and deeply appreciated.
Through the My Fellow Man Educator Appreciation Awards, founded in the spirit of our founder Johnny Mims , we showed love in a tangible way….self-care checks and restaurant gift cards to honor the people who pour into our children every single day.
Thank you to our partners Mulan’s Restaurant and Girl Diver, and to every supporter who gives to My Fellow Man. This work only happens because a community chooses to care.
Because without teachers….what would the world be?
They are often underappreciated and undervalued, and it’s up to us to show up and be the support we want to see.

A few smiles….a few surprises….and a whole lot of gratitude.
My Fellow Man had the honor of visiting Harper Archer Elementary, Douglass High, Washington High, and Mays High to present our Educator Appreciation Awards. My Fellow Man and Lindsay Street Baptist Church are coming together to bless our neighbors in Vine City with 500 turkeys and hams.
