When we first started to dive into why mentorship felt so inaccessible (we're talking 60% of people don't have mentors!), we quickly learned that companies, universities and non-profits were all attempting to run mentorship programs solely on spreadsheets.

It was clear to us that spreadsheets won't make something as complex and critical as mentorship accessible to everyone. We needed to create a better solution.

It's time to ditch the spreadsheets (and headache).
