Buffalo Wing Sauce Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup hot sauce (Frank's RedHot is a popular choice)

½ cup unsalted butter

1 tablespoon white vinegar

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional, for extra heat)

Salt, to taste

Instructions

1. Melt the Butter:

In a small saucepan over low heat, melt the butter slowly. Avoid boiling.

2. Combine Ingredients:

Once the butter is melted, remove the saucepan from heat.

Stir in the hot sauce, white vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne pepper (if using). Mix well until combined.

3. Season to Taste:

Taste the sauce and add salt as needed. Adjust the heat level by adding more cayenne pepper if desired.
