What motivates you?
People are why I wake up each day! Every day I get to enhance the quality of people’s lives; whether this be in our for profit or non-profits…it is amazing way to go through the day!
What does success mean to you?
Giving more than you take, loving with all your heart and helping others find success, whatever that looks like.
How do you feel you add to the client experience?
I enhance the client experience by ensuring our associates have a great culture within to work; If our associates are happy and fulfilled we will exceed our clients’ expectations. Through building a solid connection with people and understanding what is important, we can have a positive effect on the client or participant experience.
What is your passion?
My passions are people, my family, associates, business partners, clients, our two non-profits and my church. I teach Sunday school for 4-year old’s and it is my favorite time of the week! I also have a passion for painting, traveling and cooking.
