I was so excited for this until read the ingredients. 😩 Me eating a plant based 🌱lifestyle I try to get my protein from certain plants. Edamame is one of them but I’d have to eat this whole bag to get the 24 gram serving size. The second thing I look at is the sodium. This bag has (1250) mg which is wayyy to high. Your sodium intake per day should only be 2200mg. I then look at the ingredients...this has animal rennets 🤔 eggs, cheese and fish. I say all this to make you aware of reading your ingredients. Know what your eating whether your eating plant based or not. Especially frozen foods they are packed with sodium. Don’t just pick up your groceries and throw them in your cart without reading the labels.
