Passed my NASM exam this morning and I feel like a whole new person. This one’s been a long time coming.

I went through a few years of inconsistency, setbacks, and feeling stuck… but I never gave up. The thought to quit did creep in, but I stayed committed, pushed through, and today I made it happen.

This isn’t the finish line — it’s the starting point. The real journey begins now, and I couldn’t be more excited to start helping others through professional fitness coaching.
