I wanted to share something with all of my friends and family. I've started this new way of healthy living and that includes eating as well as being mindful. It's called Octavia. It's been 1 week, down 5 pounds and 3.5 inches of hips and waist, more energy than I've had to since highschool. I'm loving it.
