Sitting here at Barnes & Noble, Brandon's favorite place, I can't help but feel the weight of these last three years. It feels like it was just yesterday that I lost him, and today, the pain is just as fresh, raw, and overwhelming as ever.

I thought time would help heal, but some days, like today, it feels like no time has passed at all. I miss him so deeply. This place brings back so many memories—of him browsing through books, eyes lighting up with excitement over a new find.

Brandon, your presence is missed every single day, but especially today. I wish you were here, sitting across from me, lost in your favorite novel. I’ll never stop missing you, my heart will never stop longing for the joy and love you brought into my life.
