Deep and Alyssa joined a seminar that I held for first time homebuyers earlier this year. They were curious about home ownership but had a lot of questions and weren’t sure where to start.

We took it one step at a time, made a customized plan for them to be able to move out when their lease is up, and now they own a beautiful townhome in a great area!

One of my favorite parts of this has been that I was able to get them the home $27,000 below asking price!!!! (Yes, in this market) and they’ll be moving in with additional equity on day one.
