Parvati is Goddess of love, devotion, fertility, abundance, nourishment and she’s also ferocious to the unkind.
It is said that today Shiv did the Tandav dance and some also say that tonight is the night they both got married.
Overall, today marks remembrance of “overcoming darkness and ignorance in life and in world”. Here’s our way of remembering what today represents.
