I can tell Willow is getting older. Lately, she’s been more curious about what I do… and instead of putting her in a corner with her tablet, I let her put on a pair of gloves and help with an event.

She was so attentive, asked tons of questions, and even helped me capture behind-the-scenes footage.

Sometimes I wonder if I’m doing enough… but moments like this remind me that just letting her be there, involving her, is the lesson.

I’m excited to see how she’ll use everything she’s learning as she grows.
