We hear it every week, and we have to tell people the same thing every time: we don't sell truckloads of tools. It's the single most common mix-up on our floor.
Here's the actual rule.

Truckloads are home improvement. A 53-foot trailer of cabinets, flooring, tile, lighting, vanities, doors, appliances. Those land near daily.

Pallets are tools. Power tools, mowers, generators, shrink-wrapped and stacked. Those land about every other Thursday, and the text club hears first.

Two different products. Two different buyers. Two very different trucks you need to show up in.
