The East Columbus Boys Club, formerly located at 1429 Morris Road, was a vital community hub offering local youth sports, summer camps, and swimming lessons. It was a core branch of the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Chattahoochee Valley. The East Columbus Boys Club located at 1429 Morris Road opened in the early 1970s. The facility served the community for decades until the branch relocated to a newer building in late 2019. The East Columbus Boys Club on Morris Road officially opened its doors in the early 1970s. It was a staple of the community for decades until the branch relocated to a newer facility on Forrest Road.
