If you don’t know I have a bed and breakfast in Montego Bay Jamaica and I host monthly healing retreats!

I am here to educate you about spiritual ownership, a concept I developed over my 20 years in ministry.

In the word Spirituality, the part “ality” means ownership. This retreat is about owning your spirit and the practices you form to nurture it.

When we focus and learn how spirit works for our own selves we move through life much more engaged, intentional, and are empowered to create the life WE know is best for us, not our pastors, not our family, not our friends, but for yourself.

A few principle of our retreat programming teaches that REST is RITUALISTIC and must be built into your life.

REST IS PRODUCTIVE. When your resting your spirit is still working, hell it’s working with much more ease without the cloudiness of your conscious mind self sabotaging.

HEALING is collective. When we heal ourselves we heal one another. What a person committed to their healing can offer the world is of great magnitude.

Our trips are super affordable for the everyday person! We offer PAYMENT PLANS and we operate in collaborative economics meaning we grocery shop and cook together to make our trips most affordable for everyone.

Don’t worry about transportation it’s INCLUDED. Some of your meals for the stay are also included.

You can book 3,5, or 7 day stay within the week!

3 day retreats start at $550 per person!

If you can’t make the retreat and just want to visit in the month of March, 3 day stays start at $350
