Ride By Design

The 2024 racing season begins!

Ride by Design stopped into the XC season opener at Allatoona Creek Park! While the temperatures were frigid, the racing was on fire! Participant and spectator turnout was amazing and props to everyone for braving the below freezing temperatures and making this a great race to start off the season! GoNuts really puts on some great events and we're looking forward to an absolutely amazing 2024! It's already off to a great start!

This race also featured “little tykes on little bikes”thanks to who put on such great races for the newest riders to the sport!

Also, shoutout to for always providing great coffee, ESPECIALLY at this event, gloves for bringing back the support to such a great series, as well as newcomer thanks to the work of !

Georgia BMX State Championships!

Stopped into the Georgia State BMX championships at Cobb County BMX in Powder Springs, GA. Decent turnout of 51 motos and there was definitely plenty of solid racing. All in all a good day!

It was a great weekend. It was a stormy weekend. It was a hot weekend. It was everything in between! Even Mother Nature couldn't stop some amazing racing that took place for the 2023 National Championships at . The flash downpour even provided some fantastic crash reels for the dual slalom event (which was absolute insanity --who brought the chainsaw?!)

Many national champs were crowned with some familiar faces joining some new ones to stand atop the podium and earn the amazing Stars and Stripes jerseys to wear for the next year. There were some triumphs and there was some heartbreak, but it made for one amazing and memorable weekend in mountain bike racing for everyone involved.

Hats off to all the racers, the specatators, and most importantly the crew at and for pulling off this prestigious event. Despite the challenges with the weather and a timing malfunction during the enduro race, they still managed to put on a spectacular event for all the people that showed up. This is such a wonderful sport with amazing people and next year is going to be just as good, if not better!

Stopped into The Voodoo Race at Allatoona Creek Park put on by and

The event featured a 37+ mile All-a-Toona and a 20+ mile Half-a-Toona course that covered almost every trail at the park. The weather was a little warm and humid after a few days of rain, but the course was mostly dry, the turnout was good, and there were some fast riders that showed up!

Shoutout to and for additional support of this race. It was the first XC style race for us, so a few things were learned and we hope to attend more of these events in the coming year.

Honorable mention to for taking 4th place in his first race ever in the Men's 40+ class in a field of over 60 riders!

Dropped into the Pedalpalooza event put on by and !

In between shooting some photos, .rides was able to join in the fun and get a few runs in. It was a good time and a good turnout at Blanket's Creek!
