It stretches your shoulder, thigh, ankle, thorax, neck, calf, inguinal region, lung, and navel.

Warrior 1 is one of my favorite standing poses because I can continue to flow standing or ease my way back to my mat. Either way having a p💪🏾wer moment that definitely reassures my mind and body that WE GOT THIS❣️

It’s NEVER too late to get started, or to restart. Don’t let life’s curve balls completely stop your journey.

Taking a break is sometimes the best thing you can do for yourself, mentally and physically. That doesn’t mean never come back, even if you have to start from the beginning.

Give yourself a chance at the growth you’ve been yearning for. That “off feeling” is your bodies way of telling you to try again. So just do that...TRY!!!
