New year, new momentum, and new levels of focus on health informatics in the laboratory space.
Health informatics is vital to modern healthcare—it’s the backbone of compliance, data integrity, interoperability, and patient safety. In the lab especially, informatics ensures the right test, for the right patient, at the right time, while staying aligned with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
As healthcare continues to evolve alongside AI and advanced analytics, informatics plays a critical role in translating raw lab data into actionable insights. AI is only as powerful as the data behind it—and that’s where strong LIS workflows, HL7 interfaces, and data governance matter most.
This year, I’m intentionally expanding my knowledge daily—deepening my understanding of laboratory information systems (LIS), HL7 messaging, SQL, data validation, and compliance-driven workflows. I’m excited about the direction healthcare is going and even more excited about contributing on the backend where accuracy, structure, and interoperability truly drive outcomes.
I’m actively seeking an opportunity to grow within health informatics—specifically in lab and LIS-focused roles, including Epic Beaker environments. 🚀 Building My Own Lane in a Silent Feed

Not gonna lie… trying to grow your brand on social media in 2025 feels like shouting into a void where the only echo is your own “like.” 😩
But when you’re stepping out on your own, trying to build something meaningful, and showing up authentically—it hits different.

I’m learning quickly that visibility doesn’t come easy.
People see the glow-up after, not the grind during.
And honestly? Watching those posts get one like and a prayer while you’re trying to promote your brand… whew. Humbling. Character-development-arc unlocked. 😂

At the same time, this job market is giving “we’ll keep your résumé on file” energy WAY too often.
Trying to land opportunities right now feels like running a marathon in heels—possible, but why is it this hard, Lord?? 😭

But even with the slow engagement and the job-hunt plot twists, I’m choosing to keep showing up.
Keep building.
Keep learning.
Keep putting my brand, my skills, and my story out there.

Because one thing about me?
I wasn’t built to quit. I was built to pivot, innovate, and shake the table when necessary.
And I know the right eyes, the right doors, and the right opportunities will find me.
