5. Master Facilitator – trusted to help groups learn, decide, and move forward together.

You don’t have to jump from Stage 1 to Stage 5.

Helper – You support the person at the front. 3. Co‑facilitator – You take a piece of the session. 4. Lead facilitator – You guide the full experience. You don’t have to leap from Stage 1 to Stage 4.
