Most strong facilitators didn’t wake up one day and say, “I’m a facilitator now.”

They moved through a path:
1. Observer – noticing what works (and doesn’t) in meetings.
2. Helper – supporting the person at the front.
3. Co‑Facilitator – taking a piece of the session.
4. Lead Facilitator – designing and guiding the whole experience.
5. Master Facilitator – trusted to help groups learn, decide, and move forward together.

You don’t have to jump from Stage 1 to Stage 5.
You only need to know where you are now and what your next step is.

The Facilitator Type Quiz helps you see:
1. How you naturally show up with groups
2. What strengths you’re already using
3. Where to focus your growth next

Tap the link in my bio to take the Facilitator Type Quiz, then come back and tell me which stage you’re in. You can scan the QR Code at the end of the video.

Knowing your dominant style helps you:
1. Understand the value you bring into a room
2. Notice the blind spots you might need to work on
3. Choose facilitation opportunities that actually fit you

You need to understand your own style and build from there.

Tap the link in my bio (or below) to take the Facilitator Type Quiz, then come back and tell me your result.
