Meet Sumayya ✨

Drawing inspiration from her deep love of yoga, handstands, and her own personal journey, Sumayya creates a space where students are encouraged to truly listen to their bodies and move beyond self-imposed limits. Her classes are rooted in intention, layered with creativity, infused with playfulness, and designed to challenge you in all the right ways.

With 9 years of teaching experience, she brings both wisdom and energy to every class—plus a 🔥 playlist that keeps you moving, motivated, and fully immersed from start to finish.
