Coach Boog

Coaching is one of my greatest joys. Giving your all to children that are not even yours. Building a future for them they never dreamed of. For every coach out there. They may not tell you all the time but you are doing great work. Time will tell and greatness is still in reach.

I travel this country and its wonders never cease to amaze me. Coaching has brought me tremendous joy, but it also brings a constant challenge — the urge to be different and to do more.

Each year I’m entrusted with 11–12 new faces, young athletes navigating the world of volleyball and life at the same time. My responsibility is helping them see the greatness within themselves, especially when others may have overlooked it.

It’s not easy work, but it’s meaningful work.

I never played the sport, but through hard work, study, and dedication I found my place in it. That journey reminds me that passion and commitment can open doors you never expected.

To all of my players — past, present, and those still to come — know this: you are special. I will always be committed to helping you chase your dreams.

Just do your part… because you are my why.
