Thanks to the Jeffrey P. Davis Student Scholarship, Emily attended the 2025 CSTE Annual Conference, connecting with mentors and gaining invaluable insights. That single experience was a catalyst that she says “solidified my decision to pursue public health practice and gave me valuable insights into what I may encounter in my current role as a CSTE Applied Epidemiology Fellow.”

Davis Scholarship—and she’s now an Assistant Professor at University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health.
