June’s Open Play Day was filled with the usual fun but also included a lot of extra digging in the dirt thanks to Kara | Garden Coach. It was such a treat having Kara with us to help our young friends learn about gardening, do some planting in our garden and take some starter plantings home with them too. So thankful for this time to get outdoors and build community with these precious foster families.

Due to the wet weather expected overnight and tomorrow morning, we’ve decided to postpone tomorrow’s Open Play Day at the Davenports’ to next Saturday, May 30th from 11am–2pm.

We’re disappointed, but want to make sure the day is as fun, relaxing, and enjoyable as possible for everyone! Thanks so much for understanding.

We hope y’all have a great weekend and look forward to seeing everyone next Saturday instead. ☀️
