What have you purged this weekend??

So this month we are helping momentum members get their 30 minutes of movement via organizing their homes!!
Each week we have challenges.
Week 1 we have everyone cleaning out all paper items in the home. (Think photos, file cabinets, old school stuff, children’s art work)

As promised I said I would be joining the challenge. So far I have already filled these bags. This is only week 1 and I promise I will be getting rid of more stuff.

This should have been harder since I don’t have a lot of stuff as it is. But… I asked myself
1. Do I love it?
2. Do I need it?
3. Do I use it?
If I said no it went in the bags.
Also, my kids picked out a lot of stuff that they wanted to donate as well.

This client and her husband are both doctors! We made their office work for them instead of the other way around!

We started by removing everything and taking advantage of the wonderful space they already had! Then we only put back items that should be in the office. The desk had amazing storage and so we did not need any product in this room! Buying tons of product to organize is not always the solution. Decluttering and creating “homes” for all of your items is always the most important part of organizing!
