The Vascular Connection to Multiple Sclerosis:
New review on how diet impacts MS. https://www.mdpi.com/2072-6643/13/6/1891/htm
With huge thanks to Patricia Grace-Farfaglia for compiling this information from the self-reported CCSVI tracking project. The hypothesis has been that nutrition would impact MS disease progression in those treated with PTA for vascular issues, or CCSVI. Participants were coded into one of four groups: MS Diet, Western Pattern Diet, and two Mediterranean diet groups: Eastern (Greece, Turkey) and Western (Spain, Italy, France). The results of this study suggest that the influence of the Mediterranean diet had a significant and positive effect on the quality of life for the respondents in the CCSVI-Tracking Study.
