I’ve been gone for a while and I thought I’d make a transparency post about why, so here goes. Mental health has been something I’ve struggled with since I can remember. Now that I’m a single mom of 3 it’s even harder to manage my responsibilities as a mom and as a human being. Even as a small business owner that only adds to the list of things on my plate. Sometimes the motivation isn’t there or there are so many other things I have to take care of I neglect other responsibilities. I don’t want to make excuses for myself but better yet tell myself not to give up. I’m only one person but I’m trying and that’s all that matters. For the month of June I’m planning more content and more goodies. For any one going threw something similar, WE GOT THIS! It’s not about being down but about how long you stay there.
