Mae Joy Creative

Hundreds of years before Jesus was born, God's people were reading and hearing these words. Before Mary was born...before Joseph was born...before Elizabeth or Zechariah...God had a plan.

God knew before anyone else how He was going to send us a Savior. Not one that would come as a typical king or one that would be raised in a palace. Not one that would be high in power in that day. But His plan included a young girl, a little town called Bethlehem, a group of shepherds and a very holy night.

Even during the 400 years when it seemed that God was silent...He was working. And His people were waiting. People like Simeon were waiting patiently for his eyes to see God's salvation.

God always keeps His promises. He always has...and He always will.

On one holy night...a Child was born, a Son given. He is our Wonderful Counselor, our Mighty God, our Everlasting Father, our Prince of Peace. He is our Savior and His name is Jesus!

Can you imagine that travel for Joseph and Mary? That journey to Bethlehem. There are many depictions of this journey in paintings, drawings, those felt cut outs from Sunday School, songs and books...but none of us truly know what it was like for these two young people to travel to Bethlehem.

One thing we know can for sure. God with with them the entire way...every step on those roads and paths. He never left them.

We can have confidence that the journey/path/road we are traveling on right now, God will never leave us...not for one moment.

Wow...5 years! God is so Good and He is so Faithful!

This past year saw Him do more than I could have ever dreamed. More partnerships, more ministry opportunities, more new friendships in ministry, more and more of seeing His hand in and through Mae Joy.

This year also saw a dream come true. Before there was even the name Mae Joy Creative, I had a dream of seeing my whole family serving together with this new company. Everyone has served at different times, but this year saw us serving together, on the same weekend, at the same ministry event. What a true blessing!

I am excited to kick off this new year of Mae Joy Creative by traveling to Nashville to serve with 3 different partners this week! God is SO Good!

Thank you to so many for your prayers for Mae Joy Creative as we partner with churches and ministries! Thank you God for continuing to bless Mae Joy over and over again! Grateful to be on this journey with You!

We will never forget. We will always remember what happened 24 years ago today.
