Originally the name of my company was called Time Is Money Empire, Inc.
Registered in 2ļøā£0ļøā£1ļøā£9ļøā£ ā¦
And, no lie.. it was built in survival mode.
It was bold. It was loud. It matched the season I was in ā grinding, figuring things out as I went, making something out of nothing.
But letās be honest: that name doesnāt fit anymore. šš¾
The work I do now is deeper. Itās cleaner. Itās strategic, not just scrappy. Iām not building off adrenaline and instinct anymore ā Iām building off clarity, systems, and long-term vision.
So Iāve changed the name (still kept the age) wink š
Not because the old one was wrong, but because it was time to outgrow what was never meant to carry me this far.
My firm now owns three different subsidiaries through the combination of Ownerās Equity and OPM since the Banks love the dead language of Latin.
As Derrick Whitehead would say..
āYou Donāt Do Business To Get Money.. You Get Money To Do Businessā
If youāre building something real, you eventually reach the point where your identity has to catch up with your capability.
Thatās where I am.
Time Is Money was the hustle.
Whatās next is the legacy.
Upgrading the CRMs for Time Inc Agency and Internal Foundations Consulting Wasnāt Just a Tech Move⦠It Was a Leadership Move, tbh.
Lately, Iāve been deep in refining our CRM systems, not to impress anyone, but to simplify everything.
Because at a certain point, the real bottleneck isnāt my effort as Head of Strategy⦠itās disorganization (which is a huge pet-peeve for me).
Missed follow-ups, dropped leads, inconsistent communication, that stuff adds up fast, which is how most businesses collapse internally.
Upgrading the CRMs for both of my agencies has helped us automate client touchpoints, keep pipelines warm (without chasing) and allowed me to focus on the overall company strategy from a birds eye view instead micromanaging.
If you're scaling or just tired of wearing 12 hats at once, a solid CRM isnāt optional.
Itās how you shift from surviving to leading.
This is the unglamorous part of growth that actually makes the rest possible.

Iām not just building a business.
Iām laying bricks for a future with my bare hands ā
so my children wonāt have to start from scratch.
So the ones coming after me can walk paths I had to carve through stone.
Every late night, every heavy decision, every risk I take ā
itās a silent vow that echoes forward through generations.
I am the foundation.
I am the blueprint.
I am the sacrifice theyāll one day call opportunity.
Legacy isn't built by chance.
It's built by men and women who refuse to quit when it hurts.
Who plan, who build, who stay the course even when no one is watching.
This is bigger than today.
This is bigger than me.
This is legacy work.

My mentor once called me āThe Digital Surgeonā ā and it stuck to me.
Not because it sounds cool, but because it defines how I approach my work.
I dissect problems, operate with precision, and stitch together digital strategies that actually work.
With a background rooted in discipline, leadership, and real-world grit..
Iāve built my personal brand around clarity, consistency, and calculated growth.
Whether itās optimizing systems, scaling businesses, or refining a brandās message, I bring intention to every move.
This isnāt guesswork ā this is strategy.
If youāre ready to stop guessing and start scaling, letās connect.
