Some people found me through Reiki.

I don’t just do this work for content. I live it.

Behind every session, class, ceremony, and post are years of studying energy, holding space, praying and pouring into women, teaching, creating, healing, unlearning, and becoming.

Because healing isn’t just love and light all the time.
Sometimes it’s finally choosing yourself and grieving versions of you that survived everything.
