***Just Sold*** I was sooo happy for my Veteran clients that I was able to assist them in making it to the closing table. We decided on new construction because bidding wars were becoming redundant.

Let me say this, new construction is nice and all, but it still has its challenges when it comes to builders actually doing what they’re supposed to do. Then you have that low supply issue where everything is backed up these days. So yes, new construction has its ups and downs, but so does resales.

At the end of the day, you have to decide which option is best for you and your family. Either way, I’m here for it all. So let’s ride.
