Excited to share the brand refresh and website redesign we created for the Byron Herbert Reece Society - a tribute to a literary legend rooted in the heart of Appalachia. 🌿📖

The Reece society was looking to create a brand identity beyond a logo and define their visuals with consistent fonts, colors, and other imagery. The website as well needed to tell the story of Byron Herbert Reece in a way that would engage viewers to dive deeper and linger to learn more.

So we got to work - introducing a cohesive visual identity grounded in earthy tones, classic typography, and hand-drawn illustrations inspired by the Reece Farm itself.

The result? A website that’s focused on story telling and provides a hub for visitors of all ages to research and explore Reece’s work - and learn about his life, legacy, and the cultural impact he left on Appalachian literature.
