😁 What attribute of your personality lends to your success in your career?
I like to believe it is my positivity! I am always smiling and trying to build each member of the team up. People perform better when they are happy and when they enjoy coming to work. If you think it is going to be a bad day at work - it is going to be a bad day at work. I like making sure that I remain optimistic, because at the end of the day, everything is "figureoutable". I know that my team has my back, the same way that I have theirs and someone will come up with a solution to any problem we may have to face.

☕ What would your ideal day at work look like?
I like being busy, but I also love getting to see and talk to everyone! I enjoy a mix of meetings, but also having the time to get things done. I am also lucky that the entire team respects a work/life balance - and when my to-do list is done for the day I can feel good about curling up on the couch to watch Big Brother with my partner and two cats, Gabby and Lyssa!

🌲 Where do you feel most relaxed?
Anywhere in nature. Living in New Jersey, I am actually really lucky - people don't realize how many different landscapes we have - oceans, woods, lakes, farms, swamps. The one thing we are missing are mountains, but that doesn't mean we don't still have great hiking! When you spend so much time looking at a screen, it is so important to unplug and take a breath. I think nature also helps me remain positive - when you spend time out in the world, you realize how big and beautiful it is, and how small you (and your personal world) are, comparatively. It helps keep things in perspective, and it is easier to see that things aren't so bad.
