We are honored to announce that a piece published by EBDJ was recently featured on the Harvard Law School Bankruptcy Roundtable! In it, authors Anthony J. Casey and Joshua Macey discuss the wide discretion given to debtors to reorganize in the venue of their choice, leading to the market domination of the District of Delaware and the Southern District of New York for large Chapter 11 cases.

Today’s graduating 3L Feature is Jonathan Hirsch. Jonathan is a Managing Editor for EBDJ. He enjoys being outdoors and on the water, engaging in recreational activities, and spending time with his friends and family. Jonathan is the founding President of Emory Law's Tax Law Society and has maintained a transactional focus during his time in law school.
