Despite its name, the Moon won't actually be bright red, but it may appear warm golden, orange, or rosy near the horizon, creating a breathtaking sight.

This June, it is also a "Micromoon," meaning it will appear slightly smaller in the night sky because it's at its farthest point from Earth.
