We honor our Creator when we take care of our temple/ body by exercising and eating nutritious foods.
“Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit within you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. So glorify God in your body” (1 Corinthians 6:19–20).
Whether the goal is a New Year resolution or personal, the factor that really determines success is the commitment to your goals. I believe that exercising is a great way to improve a well balance life.

3. Find a accountability partner-Friend/coworker
4. Schedule your workout in advance/ put it on your planner/hire a professional trainer
5. Commit! Commit! Commit! Results come through regular and consistent activity. Stick with a program that works for you!
