💡 Tip Tuesday

Passing the BCBA exam is a major milestone.
But becoming an effective BCBA requires much more than passing a test.

New clinicians must navigate payer credentialing, billing processes, caseload management, team leadership, and the day-to-day realities of clinical practice - all while continuing to deliver high-quality care.

One of the best pieces of advice I can give new BCBAs is this:

Don't spend all of your energy preparing for the exam and none preparing for what comes after it.

The transition from RBT to BCBA can be one of the most challenging and rewarding periods of your career. Having the right support system in place makes all the difference.

At , we believe clinicians deserve support throughout that transition.

That's why we focus on mentorship, accessible leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and ongoing professional development.

We want our clinicians to feel confident not only in their clinical skills, but also in the operational and leadership responsibilities that come with the BCBA role.

When organizations invest in developing clinicians, everyone benefits - our teams, our families, and the field as a whole.

Strong clinicians aren't built through credentialing alone.

They're developed through support, mentorship, and experience.

If you're preparing for the transition to BCBA or looking for an organization that will invest in your growth, support your development, and help you navigate the journey from clinician to leader, we'd love to connect.
