π Motivation Monday π
Every step forward is worth celebrating.
In ABA, progress doesn't always look dramatic from the outside.
What may seem like a simple moment - a child trying a new food, using a new word, tolerating a change in routine, or successfully transitioning between activities - can represent weeks, months, or even years of hard work.
These aren't small wins.
They're meaningful milestones that can change a child's daily life, increase independence, strengthen family relationships, and create opportunities that once seemed out of reach.
Behind every milestone is a clinician who showed up consistently.
A BCBA who problem-solved when progress stalled.
An RBT who delivered high-quality therapy day after day.
A team that refused to give up.
That's why the work we do matters.
At Amaze ABA, we're building a team of clinicians who are passionate about creating these life-changing moments for children and families.
We believe great outcomes start with great clinicians - and great clinicians deserve support, collaboration, and a culture that values clinical excellence.
If you're a BCBA looking to make a meaningful impact while growing your career, we'd love to connect.
We're currently hiring across North Carolina, including Charlotte, Raleigh, Greenville, and Wilmington.
Here's to another week of changing lives, one meaningful milestone at a time. π

π‘ Tip Tuesday
Passing the BCBA exam is a major milestone.
But becoming an effective BCBA requires much more than passing a test.
New clinicians must navigate payer credentialing, billing processes, caseload management, team leadership, and the day-to-day realities of clinical practice - all while continuing to deliver high-quality care.
One of the best pieces of advice I can give new BCBAs is this:
Don't spend all of your energy preparing for the exam and none preparing for what comes after it.
The transition from RBT to BCBA can be one of the most challenging and rewarding periods of your career. Having the right support system in place makes all the difference.
At , we believe clinicians deserve support throughout that transition.
That's why we focus on mentorship, accessible leadership, collaborative problem-solving, and ongoing professional development.
We want our clinicians to feel confident not only in their clinical skills, but also in the operational and leadership responsibilities that come with the BCBA role.
When organizations invest in developing clinicians, everyone benefits - our teams, our families, and the field as a whole.
Strong clinicians aren't built through credentialing alone.
They're developed through support, mentorship, and experience.
If you're preparing for the transition to BCBA or looking for an organization that will invest in your growth, support your development, and help you navigate the journey from clinician to leader, we'd love to connect.
