One of our recent projects just hit the market in Brookhaven and will have new owners soon. The basement was only studded when we entered the picture. We reworked some of the walls to create a layout that would function for both near and long term living, sourced & selected the finishes, and loved seeing the space come together. The 1400sf space includes a bedroom, bath, wetbar & rec room with walkout access to the porch and backyard, a moody screening room, and a craft room for creative feats. We hope the new owners love this space as much as we do!

Excited to peep this 🎾 wallcovering soon taking over this basement buildout project and can’t wait to try out this space with her after a year in the making!

“O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave…” This row of flowing among the Spanish moss stopped me dead in my tracks on a recent trip to and I’ve been holding it for this very weekend. How this town withstood so much throughout history and continues to teach us lessons big & small is fascinating.
