It is WINNING Wednesday and we are always thinking of you and your health at Oooweewellness! FIND A REPUTABLE SOURCE. Vitamins and minerals are commodity items, and every manufacturer has access to the same ingredients. Studies have shown that vitamins and medications from the grocery store, and lower level stores are often missing essential ingredients and aren't as strictly regulated by the FDA. Try to buy vitamins that DO NOT contain gelatin(not healthy) and Go for the vitamins that have a coating made from cellulose.
