Verify Letters Are Out!

The IRS will send a letter in the mail for you to call in or go online to verify. We’ve seen a few common factors such as clients claiming new addresses, new dependents, etc.

Here’s what you do:

1️⃣ Open your tax return for 2022
2️⃣ Begin the verification
3️⃣ Enter AGI & Refund amount
4️⃣ Enter the Last Four of the Account Number (Locate the third-party bank routing and account number for your refund)
5️⃣ Call or text your preparer if you have any questions
