I am no stranger to grief. I still remember the feeling that came over my body the day I was told my mother was making her transition. At the time, I didn’t know anything about navigating grief. At 19 years old I would’ve loved a space like this. That’s why I’m so honored to be facilitating a Collective Healing Circle alongside my dear friend @leahshantel . She has been such a beautiful part of my own support system, and now we get to hold space for other women together. Whether you’re grieving the loss of a loved one, a relationship, or a version of yourself—this space is for you. I truly believe we heal in community. This is just the beginning of many support groups I’ll be hosting this summer. Hi Beautiful Soul,

I hope this season has been treating you gently and filling your days with warmth. I’ve been thinking of you and wanted to share something special.

I’m excited to announce that I recently welcomed my sweet baby Soraya into the world. As I settle into this new chapter of motherhood, I’ve also been reconnecting with the things I love; which are being in service, healing and supporting others.

A Gentle Return

With that said, I’m slowly easing back into work, and Soulistic Essentials is officially beginning its soft reopening!

This means I am now offering limited sessions for the month of December. If you’ve been thinking about reconnecting I would love to hold that space for you again.



And as we look ahead, I’m excited to share that Soulistic Essentials will be fully open starting in January! A new year is such a powerful time to step into the changes you’ve been craving. I would love to support you in starting the year with clarity and intention. Let’s make 2026 a year of becoming your best self!
