Brad Bird's The Iron Giant found it's way back to me after watching James Gunn's Superman. I think we need stories like them to help us navigate the current harrowing times.

I have been personally affected by gun violence; too many people have. Nothing, absolutely NOTHING, is worth preserving if it means people, especially children, lose their lives to senseless violence. If we value guns over human beings, our humanity is lost. We need to reclaim it, and I really hope that we can.
