We couldn’t think of a more appropriate post for today’s

4 weeks ago Arnold invited Kyle Landi
to be his personal guest at the 35th annual Arnold Classic, and this past weekend Kyle made history being the first ever Canadian with Down Syndrome to compete in a bodybuilding competition.

For years Arnold has preached his message that fitness is for EVERYBODY, and this weekend, Kyle proved that it truly is.

Congratulations Kyle, you are a true champion and an inspiration to us all.
