With over 25 years of experience in staffing and workforce solutions, Mike has a proven track record of building and scaling organizations, most notably leading the country’s largest construction and maritime staffing company to nearly $1 billion in revenue.

Mike brings a strategic, client-focused approach to leadership, along with a deep commitment to operational excellence and long-term partnerships. As CEO, he will lead NSC’s continued growth as a national leader in providing safe, high-performing skilled labor solutions across Marine, Light Industrial, Skilled Trades, Infrastructure & Defense, Technical, and Professional sectors.

We’re excited to begin this next chapter with Mike driving our mission forward and creating lasting impact across the industries we serve.
