💕 A friend of mine sent me this Bible verse during my pregnancy, the words stuck, I read it over & over.
For me the contractions were like waves of electricity that would come & then go. & over time intensify in strength & consistency. Breath & mindset we’re at the center of me making it through each. , but most importantly the joy that a beautiful healthy child would arrive at the end of it all.

I once read that “pain is a part of life, but suffering is an option” yes bringing life to this Earth was very painful no cap, but not a moment did I suffer. 💕💕💕

Life Seams to be changing, but I’m enjoying the view. Although we’re more than enough I think it’ll be even better with you. See you on the other side little human.
