Do superheroes really heal painlessly, or is that just a narrative we’ve been sold? Shows like Invincible
, the Boyz showed us the brutal side of superhero conflicts - blood, injuries, and all. Don’t you guys think it’s a more realistic take, and that Hollywood got us used to sanitized versions?

Poem: IN THE FATHER’S EMBRACE — Cheers to 29

One day, my earthly journey done,
I’ll stand before God’s throne, my mission won.

I’ll look up, with heart full of cheer,
And say: “Father, I’m here!
I ran the race, kept the faith, used every gift, multiplied all the grace you gave,
And I tried my best, with a heart that only sought your face.”

He’ll smile, with love in His eyes,
Saying: “Well done, my Son, you’ve reached the skies.
Welcome Home, where My love will never fade,
You’ve finished strong, and your peace will never shade.”

With open arms and a warm embrace,
He’ll give me a hug that will fill the whole space.
No more tears, no more pain,
Just the love of God, and joy eternally will remain.

In His presence, I’ll forever stand,
Basking in the light, of His loving hand.
For in His presence, I’ll see the light,
That chases away, the darkness of night.

No more darkness, no more fear,
For His light will shine, always near.
It will be bright, eternally,
Guiding me on, in perfect harmony.
