Happy first date anniversary to my now husband, Chase!

We’re entering our 6th year together and it all started by getting set up on a blind date through a mutual friend (my coworker at the time). We went out on 12/12/2017.

He sent me this text message which was straight to the point and we didn’t text after we planned the date- we just met! We didn’t let texting mess up any possible connection- I’m a firm believer in texting too much before a date ruins it and makes too many opportunities for someone to lose interest.

It’s amazing looking back that someone took a creepy pic of us and I also saved our first texts. I must have known it was a special situation. ❤️

Now we are just a few weeks away from welcoming our baby girl into the world.
